We're sorry to see you go. You can cancel your subscription to LoopHub services at any time using one of the following methods:

- Subject line: "Subscription Cancellation Request"
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Reason for cancellation (optional, helps us improve)
We will process your request within 1-2 business days and send a confirmation email once completed.
Option 2: Chat Bot
You can request cancellation through our chat bot:
- Open the LoopHub chat bot on our website
- Type "cancel subscription" or "unsubscribe"
- Follow the prompts to verify your identity
- Confirm your cancellation request
This method provides immediate confirmation of your cancellation request.
Important Information
- Your access to LoopHub services will continue until the end of your current billing period
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription
- Any data associated with your account will be retained according to our Privacy Policy
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account
