How to Unsubscribe from LoopHub Services

We're sorry to see you go. You can cancel your subscription to LoopHub services at any time using one of the following methods:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to support@loop-hub.com with the following information:

  • Subject line: "Subscription Cancellation Request"
  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Reason for cancellation (optional, helps us improve)

We will process your request within 1-2 business days and send a confirmation email once completed.

Option 2: Chat Bot

You can request cancellation through our chat bot:

  1. Open the LoopHub chat bot on our website
  2. Type "cancel subscription" or "unsubscribe"
  3. Follow the prompts to verify your identity
  4. Confirm your cancellation request

This method provides immediate confirmation of your cancellation request.

Important Information

  • Your access to LoopHub services will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription
  • Any data associated with your account will be retained according to our Privacy Policy
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account
