We work with small and mid-sized companies that already have settled processes and want to make them more efficient. The industry matters far less than the willingness to change how the work is done.
No. We handle the technical side entirely. What we need from you is one person who knows the processes and can make decisions.
The audit takes one to two weeks. The first automated process usually reaches production in four to eight weeks, depending on complexity and the state of your data.
Models from OpenAI and Anthropic, infrastructure on AWS or Google Cloud, automation in n8n, and custom integrations in Node.js and Python. We choose the stack to fit the task.
The cost depends on the scope. The initial audit is free — afterwards you get a concrete estimate for each stage, with no hidden extras.
Before we start we record the baseline metrics: time per operation, cost, error rate. After the rollout we compare the same numbers — which is why the result can be verified rather than merely claimed.
That is the normal starting point. Preparing the data is part of the project: we clean it, give it structure, and only then build the solution on top of it.
